That app seems extremely sketchy.. It seems like a scam to get people's card information. Usually apps that pay you go through PayPal or something so your information wouldn't be at risk.

It’s a rebate app so if you go like forever 21 and they have a rebate like 7% or 3% back or something it automatically shows on the app that you purchased something from there that’s you link a card they do have the payment process through PayPal though
