Anyone have a successful induction without pitocin? I’m getting induced at 37+1

@0816mommy, my first time wasn’t by choice but this time I do because my due date is next week and my baby is stubborn..

I feel like I had more luck with my membrane being scrapped

@tamara_thomas88, when I had to e induced due to fetal demise in 2014 they only gave me a pill so idk

Thursday night they will use cervidil on me to get things going and she said sometimes that starts contractions but not always so pitocin that next morning

I honestly believe pitocin is for contractions and cervidil is to help you dilate.. I don’t think there is another way! I was induced 11 years ago and I was given pitocin..
