When should I start tummy time?

Our hospital suggested as soon as we got home

@mommysbabies I didnt think you were supposed to until their necks got stronger

Their necks get stronger because of tummy time.. but yeah, they told us to do it as soon as we got home.

@ashtonndamon, no worries to start out just do it a few times a day in five minute increments and just slowly add from there

@mommysbabies he enjoys being on his stomach alot more than his back so im excited to hear that he can do so!

@mommysbabies makes it difficult to not let him sleep on his stomach! I havent let him sleep on it yet tho! Staying strong

Once they can roll back and forth that’s not an issue got to get those baby muscles strong first little one lol
