Anyone here get an induction? Do you need to fast?

I went out to eat before my induction. I’d eat before you go in girl cos they won’t let you eat once you start pitocin 😩

Eat! I was in labor for 2 days after being induced without food

@skysmommy04, EAT!! Lolol I was so damn hungry after I had B this morning all I wanted was food and everything was closed 😂

I was told to not eat 6 hours before coming to the hospital for the induction. We ate seafood on the way up there.. im so glad i did because by the time my contractions and labor acrually started it was like 8 hours after I'd eaten.

I was induced twice and couldn’t eat Incase of emergency c section

She told me today to eat a really good meal before coming in!

I also packed in my bag gum and candy just in case 😂

Omg I ate not knowing I was in real labor and my literally seen everything come out of me . 😩😩😩😩😩. With my son I didn't get to eat . But I never been induced tho

Definitely eat a while before going you're gonna need the energy

@beemommyof3, I’m just afraid of getting a c section and I know eating isn’t to good they didn’t say not too but idk

I don’t know about the eating part. When I had my csection I couldn’t eat from midnight the night before. I think it would be a risk if you threw up food while in labor or something... but I’d ask and double check
