I did aswell, dont worry its just two bags of antibiotics through IV

Like @sweetpea6 said, it's really not a big deal as long as they know about it. It's something a lot of women have in their system anyway, and it can come and go over time, but in this case, you'll get IV antibiotics during labor and all will be well. Good luck! ( I tested positive, too)
