Serious question to all the mommy’s that have had a c-section!!
How long will the pain last after they close you up?
Can you ask to be put to sleep I am the one that is scared of pain and can NOT handle it very well!?
How long was yalls recovery?
I know this is a TMI question but how long did y’all wait to start having sex again?
Thanks first time mommy!!
I was put to sleep and wasn't able to meet my son till 3 hours after birth , it was painful. They had to roll me over to change my pad. I had 21 Staples. And by week 2 I was fine! But at my hospital, nobody could be in the OR with me when I was put to sleep. And I waited 6 weeks after giving birth before me and my BD had sex. It's not a good idea to have sex too soon after having a section, you could rip the incision open again!
And I wanted to have sex before my 6 week appointment tbh but we tried to follow the drs orders 😂
I didn’t have a lot of pain at all during just very tired immediately after. Then it felt kinda like a big bruise for awhile. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I way over estimated how it was going to be.
Honestly I didn’t have any pain !! N I remember just waking up in recovery!! Didn’t have sex for like 2 months
Pain tolerance a c section depends on the person but for me though I was still numb near the area, a day after my c section just doing easy things such as going to the bathroom, walking, sitting up was super hard and frustrating and I was uncomfortable majority of the time. As far as the anesthesia, doctors say they want you to be awake during the process unless an emergency but i think it would be up to your doctor personally. I was awake with mine but I sure wasn't ready for all the pressure. I also had a emergency c section too because I was sick during labor. It was a hard recovery for me I'll have to say but I got through it. And sex was waited about 8-10 weeks after lol
Maybe a week or two.
They can, but it's not good for the baby. If you think about it, if it goes through you, it goes through the baby. I don't do well with blood, needles, nothing but when they explained the down side of being put under I sucked it up. My first I was put under, but that's a whole nother story.
We had sex about 2 weeks after. Well, tried. Hurt like a bitch.
It depends on how your body heals individually how you tolerate etc I was great in less than two week and I was walking slowly but walking the same day and that helps a lot I did everything on my own since day one that’s just the person I am I waited my 6 weeks for sex because I wasn’t desperate lol I wanted to heal perfectly my scar never had issues I took care of that daily about 2-3 times
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
But the next day after he was born I was up walking around.
