Here's hoping these help. I've always had issues with sleeping, low back pain, and fibro. I took a handful of stuff to sleep and then pain pills as needed for pain. Now that I'm pregnant that has all stopped. I could handle the discomfort if I could just get some decent sleep. I have adjusted my sleep number to firm and then am snuggled up in my pillow diffusing some sleepy time essential oil. Bring on some sleep.
