I’ve been having sharp pains like around and in vagina . Is this a sign of dilating?

It means Baby is dropping lower in your pelvis and getting ready for delivery. It could cause you to dilate or it may not.

@kvleeks at your next appointment you can mention you been having these pains and they can check you
