@torimommy1 thank you! An infection can mess you up even mess up fertility. You'll feel much better one you get treated but your uterus and abdomen will still be tender once cured. I'm 2 months postpartum and still have pain and uncomfort every now and then but it took this long not to be in pain anymore

@torimommy1 please go to the er! 4 days after I had my son I had abdominal pain, chills, could barely walk, and a fever of 101.8 by the time I got to the hospital I had a fever of 103.2 with a resting heart rate of 118. I had Endometritis which is an infection in the uterus. I ended up getting admitted for 3 days on antibiotics to cure it. So I was hospitalized my son's while first week of life. Trust your instincts!

Yes fever & vaginal and i have ate anything but water I'm scared to eat

Motrin wouldn't give you the withdrawal I was thinking of. There are different types of colds. I have an upper respiratory infection and my husband at first thought it was the flu.

@torimommy1, are you taking the right dosage of Motrin? I had to take 800mg to feel better and slowly lowered down the amount after about two weeks or so. You did just give birth so your hormones are adjusting. It can come and go from what I remember.

Yea they gave me Motrin but it does Nothing & i haven't been feeling this way this just came on & i dont think it's a cold I'm not sure but I've never had a cold feel like this @badadvicemom, @littleonemorning,

Could be or could be a cold/virus. Especially being in a hospital. Did you get the flu shot?

Are you taking any pain medication? I had a low grade fever after birth and they weren’t super concerned when I called and asked.
