I drink 1-3 cups a day and sometimes an energy drink (and yes my doctor knows) I'm sure u can have another unless there's a particular reason your doc says not to other then just because your pregnant
I had two cups a day during pregnancy and after...I actually think I craved it... Baby girl turned out perfectly
It's okay to have up to 200 mg caffeine when you're pregnant. Too much can cause high blood pressure and some other issues.
Babies can't process the caffeine like we can, but you can have up to 200mg of caffeine. :]
Okay have I gone crazy? Yes I will be taking another test in a couple days as well.

Okay I’ll be real and explained why I joined, I didn’t know I could be looked up or anyone would actually see this post, I was informed someone I know has been stealing pics and I came to look and see what’s going on if any of mine were on there or anyone else I knew. I just typed until it let me post since it was required before I could look around on the app.
You can drink up to 200mg a day 100% safely and most likely more (: Just waiting on the studies!
