Yeah... It meant to be placed in a tub of water. This person put it in 4 cups of water. .... Im sure those with reactions either have unknown allergies, sensative skin, or didn't follow directions thoroughly.

If you've ever done the "volcano" experiment you've seen the chemical reaction of a bath bomb. And yes, they sometimes smoke.
