What kinda phone? Is everything on like bluetooth and fitbit?

@beemommyof3, it’s an iPhone, I tried turning the Bluetooth off and on and going in and out of the app, I’ve even tried hitting the button on the charger and it’s just not connecting, it keeps saying searching

Turn your Bluetooth off, restart phone, turn Bluetooth back on and then try to connect. That’s what I had to do with my Fitbit.

I had to remove app and reinstall when this happened to mine.
