Does anyone know if my son needs a passport to be able to travel out of the country??

@lilbensmomma yeah, you would of only needed his birth certificate. I go all the time to Rocky point and Nogales to visit family. I have never had an issue

Minors under 16 don't need passport if you are crossing by land. My family and I constantly go to mexico.
