My son doesn't have a cold, but the rash looks similar to the one my son had. His rash was caused by the detergent we were using and it started going away when I switched detergents and bathed him everyday for a couple of days.

@damiensmommy1117, we use baby dreft and have been using it since birth. She has never gotten this until today
