Anyone buy the amber teething necklace ? Does it work?

We have one for Josiah, it's not really working good at the moment cause he has 4 teeth coming through at once! But, when his bottom 2 was coming through a few months back he had no problems and he always had the necklace on

My son has had one on since 7 months and it seems to have worked well for him. He just got 3 molars and did wonderful
