Doctor gave me these red soft gels for constipation and they haven't been working. :( they make me gassy but won't help me go. I've only gone maybe 3-4 times in the past few weeks and it's been hurting me. She knows how bad it is but this is all I'm being given. I've tried taking fiber powder and eating more foods with fiber. Nothing. I'm thinking it has something to do with my GERD but I don't know. Any suggestions? :( whatever I'm given takes too long to kick in too
