No problem. My husband watches me and laughs every single time because I almost snap my neck trying to take these stupid things. Lol. You're totally not alone. 😂 hopefully it'll get better!

@raethack, yes! Lol. I literally have to move it around in my mouth & get it just right. Well I'm happy I'm not the only one who almost kills herself at least once a day. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually. Thanks girl.

@dang_dridri, I used to be terrified of swallowing pills. The ones I take are big too.. I have to get it in the perfect position before I swallow it.. All the way back and center of my tongue. I ALWAYS feel like I'm going to choke but here I am still alive lol! I was taking the gummies until I saw the ratings. After that I just sucked it up, just like you said lol

@raethack, that's why I've just been settling with the pill because when I did my research I didn't find one gummy brand with really good ratings. Lol, I'll probably just continue this struggle for a while, hopefully I'll grow a pair & get use to it.

Make sure you look up the gummies if you're going to take them. They usually always get a really bad rating. :/

Yea they are usually tiny pills but I wouldn't take iron unless my dr prescribed it . Here they are target, WALMART have the best prices

@dang_dridri, I don't have tonsils so I can swallow those babies like nothing lol .. But my big sister always had that issue and she would cut them in half .. They didn't crumble or anything .. Take one half first .. Then the other ..

if you like peanut butter or honey, mix it into a spoon full and you won't even taste it

@sassymama29, Well I'm sure the iron pills aren't the size of these things so I'll try it. Can you upload a pic of them for me please when you have time.

Oh ok well I use vitafusion gummies brand it's pretty good I always want to eat more lol. Only draw back is gummies don't have iron

@arijane316, good idea, I'll try that too. I just hope it isn't too terrible of a taste and doesn't make me want to throw up. I'm doing that enough lately. Lol
