I'm 39 weeks & ive been having constant contractions, they aren't painful & arent crampy, just super super tight & uncomfortable. And Ive been having a constant cramp in my lower left back, it doesn't come & go when I get a contraction, it's constant doesn't stop. I've been to the hospital like 7 times in the past 2 weeks for contractions but I'm only 2 cm so I'm wondering what anyone would do? It's my first baby... what is this cramping feeling in my back?? what is this? Should I be concerned?, should I go in if it doesn't go away? Don't want to waste another trip to be sent home !!

Eat ice . Walk . Better yet my mother in law goes to Zumba Nd her coach told me to dialate faster sit down with your legs like butterfly Nd move them up Nd down. Or if you have a heating pad put it on your back on medium that’s how my water broke first
