Good luck. Hopefully they can get baby to latch. that is where my oversupply came from. pumping is a chore
@beemommyof3, I got two pumps I had change back to my old one because it pumps better then my new one. Which is was suppose be some new found pump with Bluetooth for your phone but it didn’t work for me
Mine was too. She still has a shallow latch. it is a learning process. I had to pump for 3 weeks and it was terrible. Make sure to change your pump parts every week
@beemommyof3, his mouth was mostly around my areola and nipple but his mouth so tiny

Nothing you eat will help. You have plenty for a newborn. Latch the baby. That is the best way to insure proper supply and regulation. you only need a few tablespoons per feeding

@kristenrosexoxo__, I’m doing that now, I was going try the mother milk tea first before the cookies. I’m not big on store brought cookies
@kristenrosexoxo__, I seen those, didn’t see any reviews for them about promoting milk either. But they don’t have them in store down here, have order them online
