When you have continuous sex with someone who may or may not be the father what does that do for/to the baby? Does it change anything? Help the baby? Me? I’m curious.

Does anyone's 2 month old sleep through the night yet? If so what time does baby go to bed and wake up that counts as "sleeping through the night"? I know every baby is different I was just wondering what I may be able to expect hopefully soon or in the future.
