Saline spray, Nose Frida, cool mist humidifier and Baby Vicks. Just keep an eye out for symptoms getting worse. If they are, bring her in to your pediatrician.

Ride it out. Just upper respiratory. Keep the nose clear and elevate the head at night to help with drainage
