I used coconut oil it also promoted growth and I combed it daily twice a day
The way I did it was put coconut oil and brush it
Or i would take it off myself when I had time
Coconut oil let it sit than use a baby brush brush in circle than wash it out

I didn’t use coconut oil I just every bath I would brush in a circle. And soak his scalp by putting a damp wash clothes on top while I washed his body and he no longer have it but the coconut oil might help it go away faster
