My now EX fiancé has made it clear that lying to my face and snorting pills is okay. I am going to fight for full custody of my daughter!! Would there be a good chance of me winning then since if he got drug tested and his past history of non stop rehab centers give me a better chance??

I would say yes, depends on the judge . Whatever proof you have print it out and take it to court with you. Go to the magistrates office/ or juvenile clerk and file for emergency custody
