Quick question when you fellow neighbors (Americans) think about Canada do you think it's like the North Pole or Antarctica like for real do you wonder if we live in igloos etc?? Like honestly what are your thoughts? I've had ppl ask me if we have malls down here online 😂 yes we do.. We have Burger King, Popeye's, Kentucky, Victoria Secret, Gucci, Red Bottoms houses, cars big cities like Toronto Vancouver Montreal.. Take time and google look at images and videos on YouTube please inform yourselves and feel free to visit one day you might just be surprised

Ok lol so when I moved to America I got asked the dumbest questions. My 2 favorite are "it's weird you guys can't carry guns, it must be dangerous with all the moose and bears wandering around" another time i was showing someone pictures of bc and there was a photo of a whale this guy says "there's no whales in Canada, whales live in salt water... there's no oceans in Canada" I was fucking dumbfounded lol where the fuck do you think Canada is?!?!

Lmao 😂😂😂 @jsco yup I have had similar encounters and my aunt who lives in Boca Raton Florida says the same thing too. I have had ppl ask me if we sleep in igloos and most think it cold as hell like Antarctica and we are covered in snow to our necks. Im like have any of you ppl travelled or have seen brochures like we have access to the internet. That's like me saying omg I'm going to the USA so don't wear any jewelry lock all my doors do not open the window because we will get robbed. The funny thing is in some areas their is a strong possibility but as a visitor I am certain I wouldn't find my self in those areas. But that would be stereotypical of me to think in that manner

Exactly my point.. We learned about Canadian and American history and when I was studying to be a paralegal we used case studies from the states as well and so do they. Not sure where the issue lies at this point but ppl need to be informed and the internet is a great start. Yet we are looked upon as out some where in the cold wilderness surrounded by bears and beavers and yes we have some places where you can live the country life but don't all countries have that @sunshyne76

@starting_over39, At least ppl have the internet to check so there is no excuse. Frankly it makes me tired so I don’t entertain the silly questions anymore. I’ve been to nearly every State in America and my mind is constantly blown by how little they know of Canada...we are right next door...
