I always have lumps in my intestines. My Gastroenterologist said it's normal for skinny people to feel their bowels in their intestines especially when constipated. Lol

Not really. But I’ve had odd cramping. Doesn’t necessarily feel like period cramps. But doesn’t feel like gas. Kind of both
