Ladies my 1 year old has been sick for the past 2 almost 3 days high fever. She's feeling so much…

Ladies my 1 year old has been sick for the past 2 almost 3 days high fever. She's feeling so much better but since last night, she started throwing crying tantrums for no reason.. She lost it when I grabbed her cheese ball bucket an moved it..so much so, she stopped breathing 3 times from throwing her tamtrum. She never acts like this, it's not like her..idk if she's doing this to act up or because something hurts her. We took her to urgent care and no ear infection nothing wrong with her, aside from her fever but I been on top of her meds. She hasn't had a fever since she was in urgent care. Putting her to sleep last night was a pain, and she woke up right now and starting crying.. stops acts normals and randomly starts again. Has this happened to any of you? I'm so tired from trying to tend to her and nothing works.. She just wants to cry.
