Calling all expert moms! 😬
I was gonna start packing my hospital bag and realized the outfit Sam wanted to bring Owen home in might not be safe?? I know you’re not supposed to put babies in coats or snow suits while in the car seat but this outfit is made out of 2 thin fleece layers so I wasn’t sure!
Thoughts?

@latina.mama, I thought about that too but since my husband still hasn’t fixed the heat in our Jeep, I’m more worried the baby won’t be warm enough😕 I’ll definitely pack a cotton sleeper, too, in case the weather isn’t too cold that day. Thanks hun!

I don't think it would a be a problem

@nayendyg, it’s recommended to not use them because during an accident the coat can compress and baby could become injured or be ejected since the straps aren’t tight enough.
