I will (try to, because it's hard to get her to drink it) give her some before bed. & thanks yeah I have the humidifier on & did the steamed thing too. I do it all I just wanted to know if Tylenol helped those symptoms

Tylenol will help with fever but stuffy nose try humidifier or shower steam and suction. Try elevating her a little when she sleeps.
