Why won’t they give you a refund?

@tyoungdeer, because it’s “personalized.” 🙄 Yeah, I get its personalized, but they didn’t make it look anything like the picture I sent them. :(

Is there anyone you can talk to like a manager? Also did they tell you in the beginning that you couldn't do any refunds?

@alicianoelle, No, they didn’t tell me I couldn’t be refunded especially if it turned out not to be what I wanted. Customer service keeps transferring me to other people but not their superior. 😓

@tyoungdeer, I honestly don’t think he will.. I mean, he might because I put a lot of heart into it, but then again he brought home the same picture in a cute picture frame that looks 1,000 times better than the crappy canvas I received. Not to mention the canvas is huge and not what I wanted either size wise. :( I seriously hate it so much. 😞😩

Urg I'm so sorry to hear that I would be so upset. I went into CVS the other day and they do canvases too of photos and they looked so beautiful maybe check them out if you want to try again 😟

@mothermother, I spent the rest of my money on this “high quality” canvas that turned out to be crap.

:( it’s the worst feeling in the world. I mean, I did get him other things, but this was the one gift I was really looking forward to turning out great, and sure enough I’ve been let down.

@alyssa_hoffmaster, Yeah, I know. I’ve cried so many times this month over it and he keeps telling me to not be so down because he’s sure he’s going to love it when he sees it... but I seriously doubt it, and hope he overlooks it with the other gifts I got him. :(

I really appreciate it!💗 It just hurts knowing this is our first Christmas together, and my first Christmas ever and I just wanted to make it special. :( He’s a huge sweetheart and understanding person, and he’s told me countless times not to worry about it or beat myself about it, so I’m just grateful he’s one of the good guys. ❤️
