What do you moms do to help with anxiety as depression?

@vane0417garza yes, especially with a toddler that never quits.... She's worse then the Energizer Bunny.... She is constantly doing something to get on my damn nerves, and she's knows it too... She don't care what so ever...

I have borderline personality disorder, and bi polar plus Adhd and ptsd amongst some other things.... It's not easy what so ever.

Yeah I go back in February so I’m going to talk to my doctor, I just have so much going on that I can’t take it anymore @shannonmallory93, I need to get better for my kids

Or a bubble bath, maybe take up yoga, or learning meditation?

@vane0417garza maybe they need to up your dose, or change meds? You can become immune to medication sometimes.

@shannonmallory93, I’ve been on medication but my depression is getting worse, so I’m trying to figure out another option

I still have issues, but not as severe and only been on my meds for about a week.

I struggle hardcore with this and ended up having to get on Zoloft because it was getting BAD!
