Having somewhat painful contractions every 5 to 7 minutes that last for about 1 min since 4:00pm today, they've been getting a little stronger but nothing is changing so far, should I go to the hospital tonight? Should I wait until they become more intense?

Wait till they get where you can't talk or you need to breathe through them or 3-5 minutes apart but sounds like it's the day! Congrats!!!

I recommend calling and asking your labor and delivery department. I wasn't sure either so I called at 2am and she told me to wait a while and explained what they should feel like before I come in. I headed to the hospital 4 hours later because I just knew it was time to go.

If it was me I would go, my fear this pregnancy is waiting too long to where it's too late to receive an epidural
