So last night I had sex with my husband and we did it like how we used to before I got pregnant and this morning I found this fleshy looking thing in the toilet paper and there was a light pink dischargeand there still is right now but it's super light, I will post the pic in the comments. Can anyone tell me what it is or what it could be?

It has been 4 weeks since I had my c section and I'm bleeding really heavy, to the point where it's ruining my clothes when I'm asleep, it even went as far as to drip down my leg. Sorry for the TMI but my question is, can I use tampons at all? I'm healing well and I'm not really in pain anymore. HELP!
