Is it Normal for the back contractions to reach your butt cheeks?

Yea. I would seriously shake while i got the back contractions also my whole labor was back labor. It was hell😫😫

Yes. I had back labor with my 1st and it was literally all over my backside

I’ve had like mild pain all in my lower back but it’s getting strong and like rolling into my bum and thigh kinda like a wave I know I’ve had back labor but it was because of the pitocin so that was miserable this is natural so I’m still not as strong yet
