Contemplating whether or not to ask my parents to send my daughter and myself plane tickets to move and live there with them. After last night & her father refusing giving us a place to stay there’s absolutely no chance of reconciliation now. And now that I’ve told him that he’s called me every name in the book & refuses to pay child support for his daughter and newborn on the way.
Since I’m staying at his dads since last night idk if they’re going to want me here once they find out I don’t want to fix things with him.....
This will be a life altering choice we’d be leaving Florida and going to Washington state. Leaving behind her father....

@juliaschade41, I think I might honestly have to. But I don’t even have the rest of our things they’re at her dads & he has the keys. He’s not going to let me get the rest of our things. I don’t even have a suitcase all of our things are in trash bags in my car.

At the end of the day you do what you feel that's best for you and your kids! He clearly is not ready to be an man and take care of you or his kids! I say go.. at least you will have your parents support. And really your with his dad now but that's can up and down too ...good luck!

@denisah417 you can call the non emergency line and ask for an officer to come over to the place with you, so you can get the rest of your stuff. He can't legally keep your things hostage.

@denisah417 yeah definitely get an officer involved. He can't deny the cops, and you'll get your stuff back no matter what the situation is cuz that's your property.

I would also recommend it just to be safe. That way there is no he said she said later. Like he can’t damage his own stuff later and blame it on you because there is an officer there to witness everything.
