I’m having a hard time getting my daughter to let her pacifier go help what do I do

Personally I would just throw them out all together, or cut it shorter so she can barley suck on it

@brownsugarluv, ya my daughter just turned 2 in October and she will scream till she gets it and I give in and it can be hard lol but it’s all worth it

I’ve tried that tactic too. I got better results with taking it away altogether. Every kid is different.. I’m having a hard time with my almost 2 year old. He has this high pitched scream I just honestly can’t stand. It’s easier to not deal with it at the moment. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Plus my 3 month old is using a paci so I don’t want tension between them. It’s so darn hard being a mother lol

@brownsugarluv, she never really had interest in her thumb but her paci I can’t leave the house with out and she has to know where it is at all times so I’m trying to get it so she only has it at bed/nap time not all day she also stoped using the bottle on her own and stop wanting milk at night on her own but not sure if she will do it this time

It’s hard. Just gotta deal with it. Eventually she will transition to thumb/finger sucking or she’ll ditch it all together.
