Ladies, any of you take Claritin D? I know there’s a lot talked about it. Some say it’s ok, some say it’s not. I have really bad allergies and the only way I can sleep is if my nose is completely cleared. Which only happens from the Claritin D. My blood pressure has been fine my entire pregnancy so no concern on that end.. thoughts?

My doctor said Claritin is fine, not sure if there’s a different with the D or not. Zyrtec is also fine, which I took when I needed it. I prefer Zyrtec but that’s just me!

Yes! I use it mainly in spring time when the flowers and grasses start growing back and it works wonders

@lp1988727, oh did you? did you take it often? I literally have to take it daily. my allergies are horrible

@lp1988727, ohhh okay. I just want to make sure i’m not taking something really harmful. It seems claritin D is the only thing that can get rid of my congestion. and if I can’t breathe at night I can’t sleep AT ALL 😭 I didn’t take in first trimester though just to throw that out there as well
