I hardly have an appetite. Any suggestions on what I should do? I keep sipping this Pibbs drink but it’s not enough

Find something your craving that’s what o had to do but I didn’t have an appetite until about two days ago so pretty much I ate a lot of saltine crackers and ginger ale

Apple sauce is a good one. When I was early on in both my pregnancies I craved textures. So I would make one food that I liked the texture of. Like applesauce, jello, oranges, chickpeas. Then about 14 weeks I got my appetite back
