@jadasweet0218, I looked it up online & it says start taking at 36 weeks but on the box it says talk to your doctor before taking.. I started drinking it on Friday & now I’m just kinda like maybe I should stop 😫

You should be good I personally never asked and you are far enough ahead now is a good time to start drinking it 😊

@jadasweet0218, true that! There’s some teas that are bad to take during pregnancy but idk why I’m freaking out on the box it says it helps w menstrual cramps & preparing for childbirth 🤷🏾‍♀️

I think you're supposed to ask because it can make contractions worse or more rapid ...something of that uncomfortable nature
