My 10 months old baby girl is waking up quite a bit during the middle of the night. She starts crawling in her crib or trying to stand sometimes, even singing and talking to herself... Or just sitting and playing in the dark.. what bothers me the most is that she's up for over two, three hours in the middle of the night and it won't let me sleep...cries for attention... And then she's not happy to go back to sleep... Constantly waking up and sitting back up in couple minutes after I lay her down.
I don't know what to do to break her of this habit.. she's been doing this for the past couple weeks. She was a really sound sleeper before that.
Any suggestions guys,???
I recently read that the electromagnetic field waves from the WiFi and electronics can cause disruption in sleep. We recently started unplugging everything in bedroom and turning off WiFi before bedtime and my little one has been sleeping so much better! Maybe you can try that. Also, shutting off tv and exposure to screens 1-2 hours before bedtime.
Thank you guys
