So my manager told unemployment im suspended not fired...but she didnt tell me that...it wasnt a write up or nothing...so now its a waiting game smh i pray to God i get this unemployment...i been there 5 damn yrs...did anyone go thru this before?

@myboys1962, as long as you still have it i don’t think it should be a problem.
@americancoach.sbrooks idk yo bcus unemployment ask me why i didnt take my doctors note up there i told them i couldnt get in contact with her...they said i should have taken it up there but i told them i kept texting her n calling her but she respond nor did she tell me i was suspended
@myboys1962, yea she’s trying to play you but is playing herself. As soon as she says it or writes a letter they are going to ask for the paperwork. If there isn’t she will probably get in trouble for lying to them. I had a job that tried this, it didn’t work. You’ll get it
You should have gotten a letter from her stated that and the day she fired you so you can have proof

@myboys1962, No she deff can’t suspend or fire you because you have a doctor’s note and pregnant! Doctor visits are important. & you have no write ups?? Naa she is so wrong!!
I would talk to HR about this.

@myboys1962 They should call you and ask you what happens last day you worked n such.
You should still be able to get the unemployment with a suspension and the unemployment office might have some record of her saying you were suspended not fired if you can’t get it from your boss

What happened? Why did she suspend you?
You may still be able to get unemployment but it depends on the reason for the suspension.
