How do you mommies get your babies to nap?? Ava fights it all day long. The longest nap she took was 2 hours long and that was during a growth spurt. Average is 30 mins. I HAVE to walk her around and bounce and occasionally give her a bottle to get her to sleep. Lately we've been needing to walk her around in her CARSEAT. UGH.
@momma-cc @nomli @dazzlingmommy I don't always have access to my car because my fiance will drive it to work.but she does seem more relaxed in a car ride. It's always hard to tell when she gets drowsy because she'll keep playing and cooing until she gets fussy. I don't want to HAVE to walk her around or bounce her until she falls asleep
@momma-cc, @avasmommy808,
At that my age my son would ONLY nap if I drove him around. Sometimes I would be able to get away with swinging him in his car seat. His naps were also average 30 minutes 😭😭
My advice is to try not to wait until she is too tired to put her down for a nap. Once they’re over tired it’s harder for them to fall asleep. I would also suggest reading a book on sleep training!
Also be careful with the car seat.. it gave my son a flat spot on the back of his head. He had to wear a helmet for a couple months!
He was catnapper until maybe 9m. 15-45 minutes usually, every once in a while I'd get two hours. I just had to wait until he outgrew it.
How does your little one do in the car?? Does driving put her into deeper sleeps?? If she likes carseat maybe it might help lengthen sleeps ? Good luck hun
What are some natural ways to get labor to begin, besides walking?? I cant exactly walk around because of the dog in the house, and the dog pulls me, so I cant take her with me.
How long do y'all walk && how often to get this baby labor started? I'm on a mission to beat @mssbaby
Walking blocks & malls when I hit 36 weeks 😅 i rather walk her out than have to get induced 🤦🏾♀️ so hopefully I can get her out before my induction date 👏🏾

Damn I'll be around 40!!! :(
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
@avasmommy808, Yea my son was the same way!! He was also colic so that didn’t help. But I understand what you mean. I didn’t want him to get used to that either that’s why I looked into sleep training which helped a lot! The book I read that I really liked is called “Healthy sleep habits, Happy child.”
