My daughter has the same . I got ride of the ones on her arms & chest but they went up to her chin & cheeks . I bought baby aquaphor . Just maintain her dry with a bib on it if not close to you so you can clean it fast .

Her skin is just sensitive... next time you bathe her make sures the towel is soapy while you clean those areas. And use some baby oil. That save my son's skin

I never bathed my newborn that much especially with it being winter. And this is the lotion I’ve been using on her since like day 3. Her dr ok’d it and helped with her cracked/peeling skin

Call your dr than maybe they have better advice

I do once every 3 days. Her skin gets so dry and peeling looking.

Do you lotion her they told me not to put any on for the first two months and my daughter never broke out like my son did and to only use soap twice a week

No her arms and legs. Back of her neck. I bath her every 2 to 3 days.

Is it just her face it’s probably just baby acne which is completely normal if you are nursing you can put breastmilk on it otherwise just a wet wash cloth it’s normal
