With 3 kids... would you choose, bigger house on beautiful 1.5 acres across the street from a lake, but it’s a 15 year old mobile home or a nice brick home on a half acre but it’s much smaller.

Mobile home you can always add to it. Plus the land is big. Just be careful with the lake.

Mobile home! My Nanna has had hers for 20 years now and it still is in great condition also it wasn’t new when she bought it so it’s older than that
Oh man. I guess I'd go with the mobile. Plus the acreage will be great for the kids to play.

@kambam, it’s so hard! I’ve never lived in a mobile home but we are considering it. same number of beds and bath but the mobile home has a second living room and big master bath with garden tub.
That's tough...how much smaller? I like brick and having kids in mobile homes can be tough. But also smaller homes 😩
who is a stay home mom ? My husband said I can stay home when I give birth I just wonder how it’s going to be with two kids
