With 3 kids... would you choose, bigger house on beautiful 1.5 acres across the street from a lake, but it’s a 15 year old mobile home or a nice brick home on a half acre but it’s much smaller.

That's tough...how much smaller? I like brick and having kids in mobile homes can be tough. But also smaller homes 😩

@kambam, it’s so hard! I’ve never lived in a mobile home but we are considering it. same number of beds and bath but the mobile home has a second living room and big master bath with garden tub.

Oh man. I guess I'd go with the mobile. Plus the acreage will be great for the kids to play.

Mobile home! My Nanna has had hers for 20 years now and it still is in great condition also it wasn’t new when she bought it so it’s older than that

I’d go with the bigger and make it nice and with the lake in the summer would be awesome!

Mobile home it’s bigger & you get a view of the Lake 😍😍

Mobile home you can always add to it. Plus the land is big. Just be careful with the lake.

Ain’t nothing wrong with a mobile home. Space is more important than anything
