Opinions on EPO(Evening Primrose Oil) and raspberry leaf tea? Have any of you tried it to help with self induction or just contractions/strengthening of the uterus? Just curious. :) I saw something recently about them being popular ways of women self inducing or preparing for when they do go into labor
Two in the am and two at night, four vaginally at 35 weeks during bedtime (wear a pad) pole holes and push them up next to cervix, and when taken vaginally reduce to one morning and night
@mommyof1boyy 500mg right? And do you take it more than once daily? I heard one in the morning and another in the evening or before you go to bed
I did the EPO, I started at 35 weeks orally and vaginally at 36. Helped soften my cervix and efface.
Yep! You can bounce on the ball and do hip opening yoga. But baby won't really come until ready. It's a hormone response.
@kambam ok thank you! My ob told me shes expecting my LO to come by 37 weeks around 6 1/2 lbs and she said she should be totally healthy than too like a fullterm baby. I want to have her by 38 weeks at least and the latest. Sex can get painful(my sex drive has been so low for a few months now too) and it hurts a lot to be active so I was told to take it easy. I was thinking of getting a ball to do squats on to help once the time comes since I heard some yoga positions are great too. :)
Raspberry leaf tea is good to drink early on until labor. Epo supposedly just ripens the cervix, no physical changes. More trouble than worth in my opinion. Sex, walking and nipple stimulation are the top labor "inductors"
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
