From what I’ve heard the bleeding should not be accompanied by cramping, and not bright red blood. Pink or brown is normal.

If you’ve had a positive at home pregnancy test, I think the next step is to get one done with a doctor or at a pregnancy center to confirm. The symptoms you are listing sound normal to me, I was always told that spotting during pregnancy is normal just as long as it’s not period like so everything you are saying sounds normal, but it’s always best to confirm with a doctor!

I been having my nipples pop out but there sore just not that sore and itchy too and I eat something and I wanna throw it up is that a sign I am only 4 weeks and almost 2 days pregnant I wanna take other pregnancy just to make sure but should I do it in the morning tomorrow and been also having cramps and bleeding but not heavy like a period it comes and goes???? @avahcruz

Weight gain is different for everyone and it could be pregnancy related or your weight gain could be related to something else. (Diet for example)
