Get a restraining order against him if he want to sign over his rights to not have any rights then forget him whatever. you can't force someone to do something they don't want to. his loss he'll see that eventually

@mothermother tbh im really not worried because he can't sign anything over if he never even wanted her I chose to keep my daughter its just the fact I have to tell the reason behind y she dont have a father
