So my boyfriend starts telling my daughter he is giving the cat away because she is not cleaning the cat litter but I was telling her to clean it and he said he was going to do it then he makes this whole show taking the cat away while my daughter is crying and screaming "no" I try to calm her down but can't because I'm pregnant and can't really be as strong weak and sleepy and she loves that cat it's like he took her heart away, he even tells me he is going to give it away which is not fare because its like he likes to start problems just because .....so he finally leaves the cat alone. Now he is mad at me and ignoring me!!! fuck him !!!!!!

I'm sorry 😢 I have to give up 2 of my cats and one of them I'll survive without but the other is going to break my heart...

@skylersmommy11916 I'm still fighting for my kitten I'm not giving it up even if I have to clean the cat litter I feel like a cat to me is therapy it really calms me down its not his cat it's mine he has three dogs give them away

Hell no, my SO mentioned getting rid of my cats because they give me horrible asthma and I fought him on it. My parents use to pull this with me because I'd forget to clean the cat box, honestly I hated it and it broke my heart.

@verguinia I have 3 cats and the only reason I need to give up 2 is because we're moving again and this time it's to a place that's a lot smaller and the landlord doesn't like cats but is allowing 1. One of the cats I need to give up has an issue with using the litter box sometimes and chooses to go in the laundry 🙄 and the other isn't spayed and is very very rambunctious.

@sensen yup my kitty is very important to me my daughter is only 7 how much can she clean really and the doctor said don't clean cat litter when pregnant but fuck him !!!!! If he gonna act like that I'm gonna clean it he is just ridiculous

@skylersmommy11916 I think for you it's a better choice to have one but for me it's only one cat and three dogs he should get rid of his dogs shit !!!

@verguinia my boyfriend got rid of his dog because my son was afraid of him. His dog was a big hyper pitbull that was still technically a puppy.

@verguinia she's 7! I wasn't required to clean the cat box till I was 13. Honestly, I clean the cat box, I just cover my face with a shirt and wash my hands afterwards. This is only because my cats don't have toxoplasmosis.

@sensen he is expecting too much from my little girl also my daughter been through separation issues because my mother left and she was close to her my other two boyfriends I left them and she never met her real dad and my roommates moved to Brooklyn with thier daughter who was my daughters best friend so when she got that cat it was very emotionally attached to it and he keeps saying he will give it away

@verguinia poor thing, that's just wrong, he shouldn't be doing that to her and expecting a lot from her. She's only 7 and this could be traumatizing for her, especially since she's so attached to the cat. Does he always start problems about/with your little girl?

@sensen only the cat but my daughter has an attitude and does things on purpose to get to you the only thing that makes her do her homework or eat or read a book is saying the cat will go but he took it to the next level he was actually putting the cat in the bag and gonna walk out with it :/.
