Has any ladies who have already had their babies had the problem of having contractions when you lay on your left side? Or any side? My sister told me to pretty much force myself to lay on my side that makes me contract so I can track those, but idk.

@tasticmel she's just telling me that if I'm having contractions to pretty make them keep coming so whatever makes me contract for me to keep doing it.

I’ve never heard of laying on your side to have contractions.
