When I take it with food, I get hot light headed and want to barf. My poop is the color of the pill lol. I read the label again and it says to take an hour before a Meal, so I take it as soon as I get up with a glass of orange juice and my prenatal, no more side effects. Doctor said orange juice helps it dissolve faster

None except for having more energy however I am not sure if the fact that mine are slow release makes any difference

Sad to say but constipation.... I usually have to take a doc-lace pill laxative with it

I have to take it about a hour after I eat or else it will make me nauseous. It made my poops softer and the same color as the pill lol.

Yes i do. If i have toi much i go to sleep it doesn't let me do nothing. I had to change my prenatals
